The Banana Bread You'll Love

To make one banana bread, you’ll need:

1.5 tablespoons of flaxseed flax + 3 tablespoons of water (mix this, and let it sink together before you put it in)

2 ripe bananas (or more)

1 dl almond milk

0.5 dl neutral oil

A lot of cinnamon if you like it

0.5 tsp salt

4.5 dl flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

Crunch the bananas and then mix it all together before you cook it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

You can have nuts or chia seeds in it for ekstra taste. Or you don’t need any of this at all, and it will still taste amazing.
