Practicing ballet have always been a childhood dream for many of us. Dancing around in tutu and point shoes sounded like a fairytale. From Natalie Portman in “Black Swan” to attending a ballet performance at the Opera, we all see that professional ballet isn’t for anybody, as it belongs to blood, sweat and sore feet.

However, a basic ballet workout is for everyone! Ballet or barre classes are now more popular than ever. It’s the perfect workout to increase your strength, flexibility and overall health. Mary Helen Bowers is the ballet trainer behind Portman’s performance in “Black Swan” and the creator of Ballet Beautiful, introducing ballet practices for everyone.
